Civic Hall, the duo of Craig Tattersall and Euan Alexander Millar-McMeeken follow-up their acclaimed 2024 debut, 'The Trembling Line' with an immersive new album titled, 'The Dead Bell.' Where the debut teased pop structure buried deep within layers of sound collage, Tattersall and McMeeken have streamlined the delivery, tightened the structure, and turned out ten slow-burning, modern post-rock ballads that cut as deeply as they soothe.
