My Sister Maura is a trio out of Raleigh, NC. Formed in early 2022, the band released an EP and quickly gained a loyal local following as they dove right in playing shows, writing, and recording. The resulting album, ‘So Long,’ is a sonic mix of indie sensibilities, shoegaze noise, and maybe even a bit of 90s emo thrown in the mix. Add in some lap steel and a little saxophone and you’ve got an eclectically thunderous debut.
