Art Di Furia's Photon Band is a keen recycling of THE JAM, THE KINKS, THE WHO, DYLAN and THE BEATLES into a more mature ('68 instead of '67) Elephant 6-esque psych-pop, perhaps for the post collegiate set. Fans of THE LILYS and BROTHER JT & VIBROLUX will be interested to know that Art was also an original and integral member of those groups. Although we oldies may detect and appreciate the reformatted riffs and melodies in this collection of new songs, wait 'til you hear how much the kids dig it!
