Originally released 7/1/2014 via Noyes Records (Canada). Halifax noise pop power trio Kestrels' 2014 EP is now reissued digitally on Darla and is available via all services worldwide.

LP in stock.

Four songs. A teaser for the full length to follow, The
Moon is Shining Our Way features songs recorded at Toronto's Dreamhouse Studios with Alex Bonenfant (Metz, Crystal Castles) and mixed in Manhattan by Claudius Mittendorfer (Interpol, Johnny Marr, Ash). The resulting roar sees all phasers set to stun: lead single "The Moon is Shining Our Way" has hooks to spare, while "Wide Eyes" hits harder and leaner than anything the band has previously released. Rounded out by the dream pop waves of "Eternal & Debased" and spaced out Jose Saramago nod "The Double", this new EP can only be filed under C for Crucial.

The vinyl package is a 45 rpm 12" limited to 400 hand numbered copies on half-and-half black and blue vinyl.

1. Eternal and Debased 03:57
2. Wide Eyes 02:04
3. The Moon is Shining Our Way 03:51
4. The Double 05:12
