Darla Records and Justin LaBo (Technicolor) are proud to bring you an expanded edition of the debut Technicolor record with period bonus tracks compiled from the 70 2 140 EP (1998), originally released as a one-sided 12" on Mike Landucci's Black Bean and Placenta Tape Club label, "The Lab (JG Mix)", from Technicolor/Tleilaxu - Matchmaker (Via Remixology) #5 (1999), a split 12" released on Sean O'Neal's Fuzzy Box label, and "I Just Wonder About Him", from Various Artists - Clairecords Presents Solutions & Remedies (1998).

The expanded edition features the 1998 full length debut of Technicolor - One Touch Test Strip + bonus tracks which have been long out of print. It was a lot of fun in the late 90s conceptualizing our own Bay Area scene with Justin LaBo as Technicolor... Sweet Trip, and Junior Varsity KM.

One Touch Test Strip was originally released on Sean O'Neal's Fuzzy Box Records label. Sean was dear friend to Justin and James (@Mr.Darla). He was an integral part of Darla Records' early evolution from indie rock to electronic music label. Sean passed away in September 2020.
