After a break of almost 30 years, one of the flagship bands of the indie pop label Sarah Records reformed in 2024. Since then, the band has played a few concerts in England, Germany, France, and Indonesia, and recorded this new album, released digitally in 2025.

The 13 track album, is now available on vinyl and CD and comes with 3 bonus tracks. What Blueboy offers us here is a collection of the many facets that were already the band's strength and unique appeal in the 90s. The album features delicate tracks with bright guitars (My Three, Perfect Ten, Twelve Men Good), songs with catchy melodies (4am, Five Minutes, Seven Wonders), as well as shoegaze/dreampop influences (One, Deux, Figure of Eight).

Skillfully composed by Paul Stewart, the songs are carried by the delicate and dreamyvoice of Gemma Malley, who already provided backing and lead vocals on many tracks alongside Keith Girdler, the band's main singer, who tragically passed away in 2007.

A Life in Numbers sounds is an offering to all Blueboy fans, who will rediscover the spirit of the previous albums enriched with the life experiences and growth of the band members over the past decades.
